I have always been actively involved in all types of marketing and business strategy and in leading large and small teams. I have worked with many of the world’s top marketing agencies and sometimes have worked with none.

My coaching skills are unorthodox, but have worked well for my UK and AU CEOs and executives over ten years.
My biggest motivation comes from developing my team, setting a great culture and watching it flourish. This is some of my team in 2023. I’m the short one on the far left.

My Philosphy
Business isn’t rocket science. I am all for being pragmatic and uncomplicated about marketing delivery, but passionate that business strategy and measurable objectives should drive the marketing agenda.
I believe that many businesses get caught up in trying to do too much, or focus on marketing channels that miss their target audience completely. Channels and technology may have transformed in the last few years, but the principles haven’t.
1. Know who your priority audience is.
2. Find the best way to engage with them.
3. Do less and do it better.
4. And never forget, people buy people – so be awesome to engage with.
I build positive work cultures that inspire people to embrace curiosity, work collaboratively and maximise productivity. Win-win relationships ensure happy teams and great alliances with suppliers and stakeholders at all levels.
What Makes Me Tick?
My personal brand is about authenticity, fearlessness and integrity. I am the same person at work as I am out of it and I encourage others to bring their whole selves to work too, stand up for what they believe in and never let others fail.
Easy being professional in any environment, I am proudly Australian, surprisingly British with a Spanish twist, creative in work as well as when painting or writing at home and deeply motivated by humour and silliness. If it isn’t fun, why do it? Life is too short to be anxious and miserable.

Navitas is a leading global education provider that has helped generations of learners transform their lives through education.
I led marketing initially across three colleges. Key focus on ACAP’s 40-year heritage in human services, expanding into new study areas with GTM strategies and a rebrand.
- Led the marketing team of 14 through Covid changes and a marketing channel reboot.
- Rebranded our sister company to Navitas Skilled Futures before replacing myself with a new Director of Marketing to allow me to focus on ACAP and NP.
- GTM launch of new business streams; MBA, GDLP and MIT, broadening the college offer.
- Brought the divisional team to consensus on long term brand direction for the division.

HEAD OF MARKETING
18-month contract to drive new acquisition and retention strategies and coach the marketing team of 12.
- Engaged to improve group dynamics, resulting in a collaborative high performing team.

A peer mentoring organisation for CEOs in ANZ, part of the larger global Vistage network. Led team of 9 in brand, content and event based client recruitment strategies and provided coaching in sales processes.
- Developed strategy and brand to stabilise customer recruitment rates through the GFC.
- Drove change in a 30-year-old business with cloud CRM and ERP for business automation.
- Led open-plan office restructure to promote consultative cross functional working culture.

- Rebranded and repositioned NetReturn’s web consulting and development business.

- Beachcroft Wansbroughs – Head of Marketing: Transformed this Law Firm’s business planning and new tendering processes to increase new business wins by 100% and re-engage internal stakeholders and key enterprise clients.
- Virgin (EDF) – Marketing Manager: Created a commercial environment at London Energy to maximise retention and acquisition through energy deregulation, launching Virgin Energy and Virgin Home into this space.
